    Any protein bar/cookie for me?

I usually cannot take any protein bars because I am either allergic to whey or lactose intolerant. It gives me the same problems like whey protein powder. But I can drink lactose free muscle milk with no problem. The brand Complete Cookie is really good and I can eat them without a problem. The problem is I cannot really eat them because they have like 30+grams of sugar. Looking for a option that isn't so heavy on the sugar. I am not diabetic or anything.

have you looked into vegan options? Pea protein, rice, or oat? that may be better for you...BB.com probably has a bunch of good deals.

There are bars made with soy protein. Just gotta read the labels. The other option is to just eat other sources of protein. Bars and powders are just convenient forms of food.

You should look into finding out if you are whey allergic or lactose intolerant IMO.
