    Bench press progress?

Hello, I am 14 years old. I have started benching 2 months ago. Rate my progress.

    Height: 5'8 3/4
    Weight: 135 (LBS)

First time benching : 45 lbs (the bar)
    Yesterday: 90 lbs (8 reps)

I know this isn't great but I think it's decent.

    Thanks,

Great progression, going as it should for you. Keep it up!
