I'm going to get box of bars either nitrotech crunch or detour simple.whats the best flavor for both ?

Birthday cake nitrotech is pretty solid. Never had Detour bars though.

Go nitrotech. Doesn't matter which flavor, it will be better than Detour. Detour's not terrible, just the NT bars taste better in general in my experience.

Of the Two I would do the Nitrotech before the Detour.

What flavors do you tend to like? Lots of bar options out there.

Nitrotech Crunch Birthday Cake seems to be the most popular; followed up closely to the Cinnamon Roll.

I don't think you'd be disappointed in either flavor honestly.

Thanks guys I'll give bday cake a try.although I did have a sample of the detour sea salt caramel chocolate chip cookie dough today ...tasted like real cc cookie dough.

Recently I was in the middle of a similar dilemma.

What I did was went and bought about 6 to 7 of the single bars to try them, total cost was $19 (including shipping)

Picked up a few Grenade Carb Killa Bars, Fit Joy, Best Bar, Cake Bites and they even threw in a Nitrotech Crunch

This way I can find what I like....what I dislike instead of buying a WHOLE BOX and hating it

What I started doing was making my own protein bars. I was tired of having to look through all the nutrition labels of different bars in the stores. I decided to custom make my own bars to fit what I wanted and needed. Not only is it cheaper but I can make different kinds of bars for different reasons. Maybe I want one bar to be filled with Omega 3's and another to be just a protein bar. Type in protein bar recipes in google to get an idea of where to start.

Don't you can go wrong with the Birthday Cake bar. It becoming a very popular flavor, and many different companies have one.

Find a bar that meets your protein needs, and you enjoy eating! I don't think you will be disappointed with the MuscleTech Nitrotech Crunch Birthday Cake at all.
