to start off, im a low energy kind of person. i need a PWO to help me preform better/motivate me.
with that being said, i really need some opinions on the pre workouts that you guys use. im looking for a pre workout that gives you that amped feeling, focus, and endurance. ive used C4, Golds standard, and now im currently using vaporx5 next gen cause the reviews were good. im up to 2 scoops now (380mg caffeine) and it honestly only helps a little. today i took it and couldnt finish my workout because 2 scoops of preworkout is way to sweet and made me feel very nauseous, and really only felt a small pump when i did cardio in the beginning.
id really like to hear some opinions on what PWO helps you.

Looks like you want a higher stim with good focus and endurance.
Some of my favorites right now
Quake 10.0 at 1.5 scoops
C4 Ultimate
Mesomorph (for those days you really need a good boost)**********************

How is your sleep and nutrition? That could be affecting your energy levels and response to the stimulants in pre workouts as well?
Do you also consume a lot of coffee or sodas during the day?Review / Log Compilation Thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165947981

That's getting pretty high for a stim tolerence. Sounds like it might be a good idea to take a month or 2 off from any stims. You can keep pushing it but you'll get to a point that a ridiculous amount of stims will have no affect. Best to take that break now rather than later. If you're set on a high stim pre, look at these:
Cutler Legend Pro
RCSS Yeah Buddy
AEN Steel EdgeProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I'd echo the above with sleep and nutrition. When I was deep into cuts before or just not eating well at all, a large cup of coffee wouldn't even get me to a baseline for energy.
As far as pre-workouts to check out when the above is taken care of, I'd look at Quake, PPK, iForce Max Out (400mg caffeine, great focus and pump) and Pre-Kaged. If you want something geared more towards pump and focus, Hemav02 is great for that, but is caffeine free. Caffeine tabs are dirt cheap, so you can always add whatever you want to it. Carbon Prep is another great caffeine free pre-workout if you wanted to control your caffeine intake.

380mg Caffine is really getting up there for stimulants. What is your expectation on a Preworkout? I think sometimes that can be an issue.
I'd sugget the new C4 Ultimate (Only 1 scoop), Quake 10.0 or Legend Pro after a couple of weeks off stimulants all together._____________________________________

First take a mini stimulant break, 2-4 weeks should suffice, but obviously easier said then done.
Some high stim options I would recommend would be the following:
MAN Sports Peptest Bulk: our STRONGEST pre. 450mg of caffeine + 5-6 additional stimulants. I myself am a high stimulant user, but I've NEVER had to exceed 3/4 of a scoop of this product, its simply THAT strong. We offer samples of peptest on our company website for about a dollar each, if you want to give it a try.
Another high stimulant option would be Pro Supps Hyde-MAN Sports Representative -

thanks everyone for the advice! i think my sleep and nutrition have a big roll in it. my nutrition isnt the best but i try to watch what i eat/drink, also i dont get the best sleep, thats why i need a prework out because i need something to get me going. i think ill work on those more while taking a small stim break. thanks everyone and continue to post advise! thanks!

Outstanding choice. Sleep/Rest is one of the most underrated things, and people tend to forget about it. Really dial in your nutrition, and track your foods; its possible you aren't eating as well as you thought.
During your stim break, I'd recommend eliminating as much stims as possible. It doesn't mean just stop taking your preworkout, try avoiding energy drinks, coffee, soda, etc.

Thanks for the Quake shoutouts, I personally don't take stim breaks but I understand many do. I don't seem to have much problem, been taking pre's between 250-400mg of caffeine pretty much all the time for a long time.
Quake is 350mg per serving but it is also loaded with lots of beneficial ingredients. There will also be a stim free version soon that would be a great Segway for someone taking a stim break.___----Xtend Representative----___

Keep in mind preworkout isn't the only thing that contains caffeine. Soda, coffee, tea, etc. They put caffeine in nearly everything these days, so that will help you become more tolerant to it.
Lack of sleep and not fueling your body properly can take a huge toll on your energy levels. Something as little as drinking a Gatorade pre or intra workout can really help as well. Thanks for the C4 love, keep in mind we also have C4 Ultimate now which is much stronger than the traditional C4
