    PHA training or peripheral heart action training is a form of bodybuilding circuit training that was popularized by former AAU Mr. America and Mr. Universe Bob Gajda in the 1960s. I met a client who I transformed and helped him get more vascular. Everywhere you look for information, you find the same thing a sneeringly guy in an article promoting the latest pre work out. But have you ever seen a work out for pumps and clear methods to teach you how to get your veins more dilated?

    I haven’t seen one yet! Other than the stratagem of some great act of an all mighty pre work out powerful supplement.

    Here is my plan. As you get more muscle blood and oxygen in to your LARGE cells through a series of exercises, these main energy producers and oxygen transporters cells will get you ripped and pumped. These are the 5 main exercises that will get your heart rate beating like a mouse and will get you the most pumped. The key is simulating the PHA training described above. Kind of the circuit training you see ladies doing at those express workout gyms. The difference is that these are multi joint movements use by individuals who want massive gains!

    1-Clean & jerk
