Just go back to eating normally and your body will sort itself out, increase dietary fat intake to at least .45g per pound.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

^ That.
You should bounce back to somewhat normal levels within a week or three at maintenance cals, a month or two at low cals ain't going to do that much impact.
Never go on low calories unless you know what you are doing and how to do it, it's a recipe for disaster if it's done incorrectly. My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

To be safe I would increase no more than 300 kcal per day until you get to your goal calories.

Then seek professional help for your eating disorder.
The problem with eating like that is it only enables your eating disorder and that is not healthy.
You have been given advice, now take it and apply it or do not, it does not matter; either way you should stop posting and get help.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
