Anybody know if they r running any sales on supremacy? Damn excited to start! Got everything else on deck. Was gonna add PA to the stack as welL. Was thinking ara, but I mean it seems like overkill. Posted all my supps in 1st post. Diet in crazy check, and have been leaning out nicely already? I think the addition of supremacy and possibly PA will really give me that extra boost I'm looking for. Any suggestions are welcome! Looking for a good dosing protocol as well, have read a ton of dif suggestions on other posts. 1/1/1, 2/1, 2, 1/2, 3! Lol. Hard to decipher! Thanks guys! Bottles of supremacy came in today. Excited! Anybody have a timing and dosing protocol that worked well for them? Or just follow bottles instructions? Wann figure out best times to take, so I can get full benefit if possible, unless it doesn't matter . I know some supps do matter when dosed. Thanks guys!

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier man. You're going to love Supremacy, it's the best product on the market IMO for body recomposition!
For timing, I'd suggest spreading out the caps evenly throughout the day (1-1-1) 15-20min before meals. On training days, take 1 or 2 caps 30min pre-workout, and spread the others out evenly throughout the day depending on when you're training. I take two caps PRE, and others take 1 cap. Completely up to you, some people's stomach cant handle 70mg of F95 at once, so I would start at one to assess tolerance.

Was planning to go back to creatine mono after this tub of hcl is finished, for money reasons, have enjoyed the hcl though. I take compete , which I thought was bcaa, and I'm not sure what hmb is lol. Thank you though, any reason you don't like the creatine hcl? Also was wondering if I should stop taking my 5000iu of vit D since supremacy has 2000iu per pill. Or is it ok to take tht much vit D! Thanks for the help!

Yeah before the supremacy I'm getting 5000iu of vit d, so I will remove that from the mix,and stick with just supremacy as my source of vit d at 6000iu. The dosing I've been using is 2 pills about 45 min pre workout, i take em, eat 20 min later, then drink my pre shake! The i take last pill 12 hrs later, and eat 20 min later. That sound effective? Anything you would recommend tweaking? Also Is it ok to take my cla, fish oil and multi around the same time ? Any issue with that? Lastly, for off days, do you suggest same dosing 2-1,or 1-1-1. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. FYI I love it so far!!! Thanks!!!!

Sounds like a good dosing scheme to me. Off days I would do 1-1-1.
Doesn't look like you're taking any caffeine preworkout? Is that true? Only reason I ask is that Supremacy works well in combination with things that stimulate a response from adrenergic receptors (i.e. Caffeine).

My pre workout powders are stim free, but I add my own caffeine to it with either a squirt bottle of caffeine, caffeine pill, or a coffee pre pre, the reason for that is cause I am hyper sensitive to too much caffeine, it sucks, but I know what I can handle, but yes I do get about 120-160mg of caffeine with my pre. And I'm glad the dosing is up to par. 2 pills 30-40 min pre gym, then again 12 hrs later, and I will go 1-1-1 on off days. I usually eat my standard pre gym meal which is eaither 6-8oz of chicken and either brown rice, or sweet potatoes, or I substitute a different protein for the meal. What do you recommend?
