Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand)
2- 1 1/2 scoops of AI Sports Mocha Whey
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
5- 1 heaping tbs of decaffeinated coffee
6- 1/4 cup of espresso choc chips
7- 1/4 cup of chopped dried cranberries
8- 1/4 cup of chopped hazel nuts
9- 2 heaping tbs of chunky almond butter
9- 1 tsp of liquid coffee extract
10- 1 egg white lightly beaten and added as the last ingredient
Mix all the dry then add the wet and combine thoroughly,then and the egg white and mix
until cookie dough is moist. Take a cookie scoop that has been coated with nonstick spray
and drop little ping pong size balls onto a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick
spray then take a fork and carefully flatten the dough balls to form a cookie. Place the pan
into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 8-10 min.
