Plate-Loaded Machines

I'm gonna be taking a trip to Cali (San Diego) next week on vacation with my girlfriend and there's a chance we might be in the Huntington Beach area one of the days, it would be awesome to get the chance to try out some of these machines while we're out there...having one in my home gym would be epic lol.

Congratulations to Alan Garcia and South Bay Muscle Club in Imperial Beach, CA: they are the fist to purchase a CROSS AXES TECH machine and have it upholstered in a color besides 'black' or red'. What do you think of the B-4000 with 'Alpine Green' pads and grips?

The B-4000 Cross Axes Vertical Row targets primarily the muscles across the center of the upper back (the muscles responsible for rotating the humorous bones of the upper arms rearward). Because the load is applied through circular paths about the shoulder joints it tends to stress the outer aspects of the upper back.
