I havent given up on Whey as a supplement for its protein profile and its accessibility, however I personally prefer whole milk. I think there was a study recently which mentioned that fat postworkout with whey negatively effected recovery rate. You guys heard about this?

Whole Milk vs Whey
Distraction is an obstruction for the construction.
“The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultraviolence.”

There is no comparison between the two in terms of protein vs calories.
Do you even fairlife? 13 grams of protein per 8 ounce serving, less sugar than regular milk, lactose free, much longer shelf life
Also, it seems to me people worry way too much about this "fat slows digestion of protein", are you lifting after not eating for a day or something? Who was pre workout meal(s) still supplying body, and even if it does slow down digestion, when you've got a bunch of whey, it's not like your body is getting nothing for hours lol
You can always take no fat or low fat fairlife and mix whey in it...
