    Quite the workout I had. Had a pretty **** day. Slept through the morning so didn't get to eat before fasting started. Then when it came time to break fast I was in a class so had to wait 2 hours to eat.

    Despite all that managed bench pretty well. Even though the last set was a grind and should have been a manageable triple I struggled.

    Incline bench, this was tough. Due to not having done much accessory lifts this gave me too much of a pump and I actually struggled. Failed the last few reps as well.

    Pull-ups were also a struggle. This workout just really took it out of me

    Yeah the volume sure is getting to me. It will take a time getting used to it.

    Comments:
    Had a big dinner before lifting so I was feeling strong but at the same time bracing was bad.

    Bench, was pretty manageable. Did paused reps for the first few sets but just got lazy and went back to tng.

    Did some arm work to end off. Keeping the volume conservative so I can build up to it. Body is still feeling pretty fatigued from the increase in volume so gonna play it safe.

    So been out of it for a while. Was very busy with exams and plus due to the Ramadan I had a short window to hit the gym, this made it rather hard. So was out of it for around 10 days. Plus had a few morning where I wouldn't wake up and miss breakfast. This lead to the massive weight loss. Almost down 2 kg in 10 days. Still one have exam left but found some time to go.

    Squats, just kinda felt it out. 120 was a bit over reaching to be honest as it felt pretty heavy. But that is normal with mart as it deteriorates pretty quick.

    Bench, honestly felt pretty good. Even used a different bench today. 90 was pretty easy and even managed to hit an actually Pr which was awesome. I guess a 10 day rest didn't really hurt bench at all.

    Stopped it there as didn't wanna overdo it given the bad diet, rest and off days. Not gonna workout for a while as I have an exam on Thursday and am going to Pakistan on Thursday night. So will get there on Friday and will see if I'm able to lift on Friday which is unlikely. So hoping to get in the proper groove of it soon....

    BW: ??? no weighing machine here. But definitely still losing weight. Fell sick for a day and plus wearing my belt on the lowest hole which is a sure sign of weight loss.

    Back in Pakistan. The heat and humidity here is killer and isn't making fasting any easier. Managed to get a workout in while fasting but only had 30 minutes so had to make it quick.

    Everything was RPE 7 as I didn't want to really push myself. Kinda sucks getting back to crap equipment but it's better than nothing.

    Personally when I get back into the gym after a long time off, I don't lose much strength but rather just forget how to push myself and grind out reps. Is it the same for others?

    Also plan for moving forward, kinda not feeling 5/3/1. So gonna do fierce 5 u/l while I'm in Pakistan and then when I'm back in aus I'll hop on texas method as it really worked for me last time, given a good diet and proper gym, it's gonna work even better. Plus I'm sure I have some more linear gains to squeeze given that I was forced to test my maxes early and didn't really stall properly on gslp

    Back in the gym somehow. Barely at home these days as grandma is not doing too well so usually just at theirs spending time with her. This is making it hard to be regular but i'll try to go whenever I get time. Hopefully haven't lost much muscle & strength and won't anymore till I get back to aus.

    Bench, 90 moved alright. 76 moved the same. So it's more a matter of building up the motor patterns again as strength still seems to be there.

    Rows, been a while since I did these, besides the bar slipping because of non-existent knurling it was fairly alright.

    Incline bench, bench are weird af here, so making sure to keep it light.

    Pull ups, made me feel so weak actually struggled to make all reps.

    Did some arm-work to end it off. Got a massive pump and managed to fuel my ego.

    A bit of a sloppy workout, was out all day and was fighting to stay awake when I got home but had to get to the gym. Was feeling pretty lazy all throughout but got through it somehow.

    Managed squats, nothing challenging but not moving how I want it to. I'm expecting to be just where I left off but honestly this is a great weight to be at given how things have gone. Gonna drop it a bit so I have room to progress for now.
    Squats in this gym are honestly pretty crap. Bars have no centre knurling and as well as that it's summer here. So sweating like a pig doesn't help much with holding the bar in place. Put's excessive strain on my wrist which def ain't fun.

    Everything else was rather half assed. But somehow managed. Leg extensions machine is utter crap. Too rusty that the resistance is just all over the place that I couldn't be bothered to do em.

    Pull-ups also felt way better. I was struggling with 1x8 @bw 2-3 days ago and somehow managed this. so either 3 less reps allow me to add 21kg or maybe my body is just adjusting really quickly.

    It's way too bloody hot and humid here. Feeling strong but not able to take this heat. Gym had a power outage so even the ****ty fans weren't working. Sweating like a pig to the point my shirt was fully drenched. Had to call it a day after deads I just couldn't take it anymore, never sweat this much in my life.

    Squats feeling a hella lot better. Even on the set of 10 I had a few left in the tank. Which is great recovery, even I'm surprised.

    Deads, been too long since I did em. Last I did any were over a month ago. Should have probably gone a bit lighter but oh well. Not enjoying the soreness right now.

    Kind of losing motivation here. Been really busy and spending most days at my grandparents. Diet has gone to **** and so has training.

    So since last Tuesday I have only managed 2 workouts. which ain't great. Due to poor diet as well as it being bloody hot here workouts aren't going as great as they should be. I usually feel drained out pretty quickly and am barely managing to finish the workouts. I blame this mostly on the heat.

    Upper Session: went alright. Bench seems to be taking a hit, annoying as it's usually the one that stays by me. Did a top set of 90x5 and it's been harder than ever before. Rest of the workout was just a struggle to finish

    Lower Session: Hit an all time Squat PR: 114x12 I know that's great and all but after that I just wasn't able to push myself to do more. Did a few sets of leg press, leg curls and back extensions but honestly it was all half assed.

    I have decided to not post anymore till I'm back in Aus as posting about these workouts and constantly making excuses just makes me feel worse.
