bull crap im 175 and can only hit 245 right now, good job man thats impressive at your bodyweight, whats your other lifts? the only suggestion i have to try would be try to tuck your elbows in a little closer to your side but its hard to tell from the angle, if it feels good to you then keep er goin
best lifts at 180lb bodyweight
best= 370 squat goal= 405
best= 260 bench goal= 315
best= 445 deadlift goal= 505
