So I've been working out, on weekdays i'd do about one hundred push ups, two hundred triceps bench dips, and 300 squats. on weekends, id rest. I struggle with push ups - especially considering I'm one hundred ten lbs for my age. I can do five or six before i quit, and don't really feel i get much out of it, i started of at one, so I've improved in my four weeks of practice. i do dips 40 at a time, squats thrity. help? what should i change?

An easy way to get big arms/forearms is to get big everywhere else through the main compound lifts. It's gonna be tough without equipment. If you can invest in some dumbbells and a pull up bar that'd help, in which case you can go on over to fierce 5 and try out the full body dumbbell program. Otherwise, your endurance type training you have there won't do you any good.
Edit: if you do that ^ you willgetchick. Lol sorry couldn't help myself.

Do some work outside. Pick up an axe and split some wood, etc. Nothing builds forearms like some good hard labor out in the dirt.
Srs. I was in your position once OP. When I was growing up and first started working out I wanted arms like my grandfather. He was in his 60s but had forearms more developed then any bodybuilder I know. He worked out yes, but he also worked hard all his life doing work outside that involved labor.- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.
