Hey all,
I am 16 and have been working out hard for about a year. I have a small problem, my stomach bulges out, but there is almost no fat there (when I flex my abs, I can see muscle definition) and I have several times calculated my BF% to be 12.5%. Here is my standard ab routine for every two days:
3 sets 60 Mason twists, 3 sets 20 crunches, 3 sets stomach vacuums, plus a set of leg lifts on a pull-up bar. What do I do? I hate having a bulging gut.
