Not sure many people know about this routine. Here is one of the interations.
Workout A
1. Squat 3x5
2. Bench press 3x5
3. Barbell Rows 3x5
4. Romanian DeadLift 4x8
5. Planks 3x30
Workout B
1. Squat 3x5
2. Ohp 3x5
3. DeadLift 1x5
4. Assessory Work Circut
Alternating Db curls 3x10
Rear Delt DB flies 3x15
Shrugs 3x12
5. Calf Raises on steps 3x30
Add 5Lb a session to upper lifts
10lb to a session to lower lifts
Workout 3 days a week.
