Best people to follow for training/nutrition advice?
Who do you guys follow for advice? I really like Alan and Lyles stuff. Who else are good resources to follow?

Personally, I'm a big fan of Layne Norton's stuff. I've also ran both his PHAT and PH3 programs with great success.

Ya the thing with some of these guys is that their ideas aren't very practical. Lyle seems to be the best IMO. Very practical guy through and through. I like helms and norton though. Good stuff

As for who I follow or research for nutritional advice I'm a big fan of Chris Aceto. Man knows his stuff and coaches some of the best competitors on the planetStats: 6 foot, 240 pounds
