    Pre competition prep

This will be my first competition. I will be cutting out protein shakes starting Sunday. What foods should I eat to replace those shakes?

Depending how long you are prepping for...you might not need to cut your protein shakes out quite yet depending on what's in them. Anyways, chicken breast, lean turkey, and fish are all solid options.
If I can do it. You can do it!
    First you have to believe!!!

There's no need to cut them at all until like the day before, and only then if they make you bloated or gassy - or if you decide to cut water.

Why do you think you need to cut them?
