First of all, I’d like to thank Gym God and Blue Star for the opportunity to try GH Peak. I made this my choice after multiple users recommended it. These days at 40 years old I don’t typically sleep that well or get enough of it and we all know that growth hormone levels drop as our age increases.

Some things about GH Peak. Contains Melatonin (5mg) which improves sleep quality and suppresses the production of other hormones that reduce growth hormone production. Contains Sensoril which reduces cortisol production.

Now a typical night for me before GH Peak was going to bed about 8:30pm and getting up at 3:30am with about 3-5 periods of being awake. This was awake to where I noticed the time and have maneuver around, get comfortable and fall back asleep. Since taking GH Peak I go to bed at the same time but don’t awaken till about 2:30am, then back to sleep till my alarm hits at 3:30pm. So GH Peak has eliminated 2-4 awakening periods during the night. Great thing about it is that there’s no hangover feeling when I wake up, just feeling refreshed and awake.

I have also noticed a boost in libido which speaks for itself. I also have felt more recovered the day following a hard workout whereas in the past, aches and pains seemed to linger. I have not cycled off at all, just taken it every night. I don’t know if taking it just on workout days would be any better, which might be something to try.
