I'm 15 and been cutting for 3 weeks and 4 days. I started out at 82,5 kg and im 76,4 kg this morning. Am I dropping to fast? I use myfitnesspal to count macros and I've been consisten everyday. Thing is my strength is the same. Should I up my calories? Macros:
130g protein
60 g fat
400 g carbs
