I was fat guy who lost weight through diet and working out.
For past few months ive been on a carb cycling diet ie.50-150g carbs diet
Now i want to maintain my weight for summer
According to the macro calculation i need around 250g carb per day
Sometimes i find it hard to get 250g carbs per day
I've been trying to get some carbs through boiled sweet corn
I've read in many forums that corn will make you fat and stuff
But corn is a medium gi food
I feel like it doesn't make me gain fat
And also i eat corn on the cob not any packed or canned ones
Is it okay to eat like that
Or should i avoid eating corn and choose someother source of carbohydrate
