Leg Press- 5pps(10)6pps(10)7pps(10)7pps+25(8) Strip Set 6pps(5) 5pps(5) 4pps(5)
Paused Squats- 315(4)335(4)345(4)x3 315(4)--- lots of good volume
Stiff Leg Deads-315(7)x2 345(7)x2
Barbell Glute Thrusts- 285(8)x4 sets----haven't done these in like 6months
Glute Kickback machien(OH YEAH) full stack 3 set of 12
Lying Leg curl- 160(12)x4 sets
Seated Leg Curl- 4 sets of 12 reps
Leg Ext- 190(15)x4 sets
then did Occluded walking lunges(bodyweight) 2 sets of 20 steps each leg

Good shoulder workout today.. felt pretty strong during presses
Smith machine(non-back supported ) Press-1pps(10)1pps+25(8)x3 sets--- makes the movement hard with no support
Arnold Press-65,70,75(10)
Side Laterals (braced against 90 degree bench)So you can't cheat--- 25(12)x3 sets
Side Cable LAterals- 3 sets of 10
Rear Dumbell fly-20(15)x3 sets
REar Cable Fly- 3 sets of 12
Finished with a cable press pump sets-- 20 reps (20 Second rest) 12 reps(20 ssecond rest) 8 reps(20 second rest) another 6 reps
Good workout today... also hit 10 sets of calves(something I need to put more effort into)Trying to improve day in and day out.

Yeah... its really starting to get to a point in my lifting career where I am not going to grow that much bigger naturally(sort of disappointing) but I've moved right through that and now am focusing on my technique and literally being the strongest guy in pretty much an average gym I go to(and def the strongest natural) not that I really care one way or another natural or not...
Today's chest Workout
Flat Bench Press-315(3)x3 330(3)335(3)x2---good heavy volume
Flat bench feet flat out(like my whole body is a board) 205(10)225(10)245(8)
25-30 degree(somewhere in there) Incline Bench Press[very tough angle]--225(5)225(8)245(5)245(8)
Incline dumbell press-90(8)100(8)110(6)
Banded Decline Leverage press-2pps(12)x3 sets
Peck Deck- sets of 12
Dips(bodyweight very slow and pause at the bottom) 3 sets of 10
Vbar Pressdown -3 sets of 12
One arm dumbell ext-20,25,30(12)
Finished with banded push ups--3 sets of 12
terrific workout could have kept going but its good volume so I was good to go and refuel.. side note two nights ago went to texas de brazil as part of my bachelor party... so have some extra fat /protein storedTrying to improve day in and day out.

Leg ext -(full stack) x12 reps x 4 sets
Seated Leg Curls- 4 sets of 12 reps
lying single leg leg curls- 4 sets of 12 reps
Stiff Leg Deads(25lb plates) 195(12) 245(12)x2 sets
OVerall smoked my workout felt great didn't go bananas as I need to start running again actually for some job related stuff.
Getting strong endurance is good no complaintsTrying to improve day in and day out.

Feeling strong man... been more consistent the past 6-8 weeks as well which helps.
Shoulders plus some Triceps--- today
Arnold Press- 70,75,80(8)---really liking the stretch at the bottom (also I do this with a slight pause)
Side Laterals Braced against bench(no swing) 20(12)25(12)x2--- did these and tried to bring them past my ears(higher up)
Seated side LAterals ---30(12)x2 sets
Cable Side laterals---2 heavy sets of 10 reps
CG smith Machine bench-2pps(8)2pps+25(6)x2 ,2pps+35(5)
Vbar cable extensions-90(12)x4 sets
CG push ups- 4 sets of 20
Rear Dumbelll fly- 20lbs(12)x3 sets
Conditioning work-- sit up bench-- 5 sets of 12(slow and controlled)
10 mins of treadmill --2 min warm up 7 min run 1 min cool down--- did 1.1 miles on a 2.5 incline the whole time....got to get this to a 1.5 miles in under 13 mins in the next 3 weeks or so... will be doing more sit up/ab work as wellTrying to improve day in and day out.

Today was back +Biceps plus running(again)
First off...abs are really sore even though I only did what 48-60 sit ups on the ab bench( I never train them/they just stay looking good due to diet) Legs were tired from the other day's leg workout plus yesterday's running. So I knew unfortunately no deadlifting today
Warm Up-- Close Grip Pull ups--- Bodyweight 3x8 reps( with a 3 second stretch/hang at the bottom)
Barbell Rows(fully bent Over) 185(10)205(10)225(10)245(10)
Chest supported Dead-stop row- 3pps(12)x3 sets
HS iso High Row- 3pps(10)x3 sets
Dante CG Cable Rows-4 sets of 12 reps (125lbs)-----still one of my favorite
Barbell Shrugs(NO I don't go heavy) 225(12)x4 sets
Incline Dumbell Curls(with Fat Gripzzz) 30(10)x4 sets
Preacher dumbell Curls- 35(10)x3
Spider Dumbell Curls- 35(8)x2
Preacher Barbell Curls- 70(10)x2----could not have been any more controlled If I wanted too.
Running 11 minutes on 2.0 incline---- 1.20 miles with 1 min warm up at 3.0 and 1 minute cool down at 3.0
Worked up a great sweat... first time in weeks looking forward to having the next 2 days off the gym to recover
I think I have 1 more pill left actually so this log will be wrapping up soonTrying to improve day in and day out.

SO this log is all finished up..
Wanted to touch base with some of what I noticed before I write up my final review
Pros-Increased Strength, endurance thicker vascularity
I hit multiple PR's from 1rmp deads to trap bar deadlifts (volume reps) I noticed while I was working out the vascularity in my abs/delts/arms were all more noticeable I'd like to see this used in a 8-12 week log with some other gaspari test boosting products and see what the results are like... Is this the new miracle pill no...but if everything is in check it will help with that extra 1% we are all looking forTrying to improve day in and day out.

Yeah man... I really enjoyed this like I said as you can see I had very good workouts.. def one of the top natural test boosting products.. I really enjoyyed Core nutritionals core test but the DAA really messed my stomach up but bet this and that would be a great combo.. throw in some ArA and DAMN
