    Anything i should add to improve my bodybuilding routine.

    i am love working out but i feel like something is missing in my workout routine. like you hear your opinion on how to improve my bodybuilding routine.


    here my work out schedule

    Monday (Chest,Triceps and Abs)
    Warm-up: Cardio for 5-10 minutes in a cardio machine.
    Workout:
    do 5 exercises for chest. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for triceps. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for abs. 3 set of 15-20 for exercises

    Wednesday (Back, Biceps and forearm)
    Warm-up: Cardio for 5-10 minutes in a cardio machine.
    Workout:
    do 5 exercises for back. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for biceps. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for forearm. 3 set of 15-20 for exercises

    Monday (Shoulder, Legs and Calves)
    Warm-up: Cardio for 5-10 minutes in a cardio machine.
    Workout:
    do 4 exercises for Legs. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for Shoulder. 3 set of 10-12 for each exercises.
    do 3 exercises for Calves. 3 set of 15-25 for exercises
