Losing fat and body shaping routine. Help please :)
I am new here, so I am not sure if I am posting in the right category.
I have already began dieting and I have seen some good results the past two weeks. The point is I want to exercise. I have a very sedentary lifestyle and I'm a med student, so my activity level is literally zero. I hit the gym for the first time last week, but it is a very simple one and there are no personal trainers to ask anything. I don't know what kind of a workout I should be doing.
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the stepper and 30 minutes on the bike. I wanted to do some exs for my muffin top, abs, upper and lower body, but I know nothing at all, I was afraid I'd hurt myself or sth.
So, if you can give me some insight or a sample, that would be very helpful, knowing that:
1- I want to lose about 35 kgs (78 lbs)
2- My fitness level is horrible. I can't do a single pushup without falling. I can't run more than 10 seconds.
3- I can hit the gym 3 days per week
4- My primary goal is total weight loss, but I also want to get rid of my muffin top, and I want to shape my lower body. I want to raise my fitness level too.
5- I'd like sth that covers about 12 weeks
