Hey,
I was wondering what protein I should buy (first time btw), and after some research it boiled down to these two: MyProtein Impact Whey Isolate and ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein. Now I am in no way, shape or form an expert at this, and I would really appreciate some help. I mostly care about quality, not so much about flavor and other stuff. Just want the best results I can possibly get.
So what do you guys think I should get for best protein quality: Myprotein Impact Whey Isolate or ON Gold Standard 100% Whey?
I'm also open for any other suggestions (again, looking for protein with best quality for best results).
Thanks in advance!
p.s. I am not lactose intolerant.

Both are fine to use. Keep in mind, results are based off of diet and program now what highly processed powdered protein you use. It's just a protein powder, no different than eating some chicken or steak.
Find a flavor of the two and try it out.

Pick whichever you like the taste of best and fits your budget. Protein is protein in the context of a high protein diet of varied sources. Use powdered food to help meet your macro if you need the help. If not, save your cash.
