So I wrote my schedule based on research
And I was wondering because I had chest day 48 hours after arm day which is both works triceps. Is that enough rest? Please judge my schedule and tell me if I'm getting enough rest per body part.
Monday: arms
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Back
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Rest
