I started gym on the 23rd of January this year at the age of 19. I go for around two hours spending a day on back and arms, a day on legs and and day on chest followed by a rest day. I have noticed my right pec is less developed than the other (see pictures attached for context) and i would really like to know what I can do to fix this and get them to the same level of development.

Honestly it's been 2 months, get on a proper beginner programme read the stickies and put in the effort! Camera angles and everything you're over sweating something that isn't there
