Let's say there is a guy who's 180cm, 78kgs 10% body fat and is pretty muscular.
If I am 180cm, same age, but like 83kgs / 18% body fat, that means that if I drop to 10% and after the weight loss I weigh the same as the other guy, my body will look pretty much the same?

nope you won't have the same muscle mass
If you are 78 kg 180 cm 10% bf u have 70 kg lean muscle mass
if you are 83 kg 180 cm 18% you have 68 kg lean muscle mass .
On a cut you will lose muscle and fat, thats why your diet has to be good. If you cut slow you will lose less muscle .5 ft 9
