I train on a Wednesday, Thursday and a Sunday nearly every week (3 times a week). I hit chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders (a little back sometimes) on each of those workouts every time (same bodyparts but different excersizes) now I know I would be better off splitting the wednesday and thursday up but practically I can't. And i know i should be hitting abs, legs, cardio etc etc but again with where i am at the moment i want to see results until i lose fat then i plan to shift focus to those areas. This week I might go for 5 days in a row as i am off work but my question is this. Am i wasting my time doing the same bodyparts each workout (even though they are different excersizes) when i go 2+ days in a row? Should the 2nd+ day in a row be training completely different body parts. Basically what im asking is will that 2nd+ day in a row make me any gains??
