I am usually safe/take the lactose free muscle milk. It's the bottle with the black top. Are the black top bottles the same as the ones with the red top?/ are the red tops lactose free as well? It doesn't say in the front label. There's a sale on amazon for $14. I also have a 2.5lbs bottle at home that expired last year March, is it safe to drink?

You should probably not use a supp that has been expired for one year.

Expiration Date of March 2016, I would throw it again. It's basically powdered food...would you eat food that expired a year ago?

I'm unfamiliar with the different tops, obviously look for something saying lactose free. I thought they used to say somewhere on the front label like you said, but I not 100%
