I am 6ft 1 and 233 lbs and 22 years old, I have decided I want to really change thathe, slim down and get lean and much fitter than I am now and also bulk up aswell.
I work at a cinema so I spend most of the day on my feet and cycle to and from work which is about a 15 minute trip there and back.
After doing a bit of research I have been trying to work out my macros and calories, so far I have:
1940 calories
170g protien
121g cards
80g fat
I am going to be training 3 days a week doing :
Monday - chest/tris
Wednesday - back/biceps
Friday - Legs/Shoulders
All workouts endEd with 20 minutes walking on a gradient on the treadmill.
I will also be cycling to and from the gym which is the same distance as to and fro work.
Any advice would be fantastic!
