    I gained about 20 pounds bulking - question about macros

    Hi guys, I'm 23 and a female. I've been bulking for 8 months now and I've gained a good amount of muscle along with a good amount of fat too lol


    I was with a trainer in the summer and she had my macros at:

    Working days: (5x a week)
    Carbs: 200
    Fat: 50g
    Protein:125g

    Rest days:
    Carbs: 190g
    Fat: 50g
    Protein:125g

    she gave me these macros while doing HIIT training 4x a week, however when i stopped with her I stopped the cardio and kept lifting, these macros kept me at a consistent weight for months after

    Should I use these macros if I'm going to be doing HIIT 3x a week for 30 mins along with lifting 5 days a week? OR will I need to eat a bit more to support the amount of muscle I've gained? I want to keep as much as I can obviously.
