Talking From Karate Kid to Aesthetic God

I was training karate kiokushin since 3 years.
But as I had to stay in a certain category for the tournaments, I wasn't very strong and big. So I decided to do what I want and get big. I was 60kg. The first month I didn't know much about programmes so I just started doing Chest Biceps / Back / Legs / Shoulder Triceps. At the end of this 1-2 months *teaching* journey I was already 68kg, I was eating really much, and as clean as possible. Before 3 weeks I started Fierce 5 and till now I'm 73kg. I got very good strength improvements and muscle gains.

    Stats Before:
    Bench - 50 kg
    Squat - 60 kg
    Deadlift - 90 kg

Stats After ( 3 months of training - I know it's very low training period, but I want just to track my progress from now )
    Bench - 72,5 kg
    Squat - 90 kg
    Deadlift - 120 kg

My biceps before was 33cm, now is 38cm. I got some chest gains too, my legs are getting good too. I was 10% bf, now 13%. (This means i've gained 3% bf for 13kg , I think it's good and clean.)

After the fierce 5, I will start 5x5 program, then madcows, then 5/3/1, then sheiko. I will be running each program for 3-6 months (If I stop see progress I will switch).

After 1 month, I plan to take creatine, protein, bcaas, omega 3 (as I don't eat much fish).

I think the program is good, but is kinda low volumed. So I always do more sets on the isolation exercises like triceps pushdowns or lat pulldowns. On the compounds I warm up with 1-2 sets, then do the 3x5.

Everyone who see's me asks me if I juice and tells me my arm is a lot bigger. 33cm ---> 38cm in 2 months. I think it's good and all is result from motivation and good eating.

    I'm very motivated.

3 Months is not enough time and sometimes 6-9 months is not either on a novice program. Should try and stay with ONE program at least 9 mos to a yr. Especially at your age.

    On a different note:
Kyokushin is another great Japanees style of martial arts. I like all the hard styles

Ye it's the hardest karate style, thank you.
Ofc I will stick as much as possible, but one guy told me to switch to 5x5 when I stop seeing results:

"3x5 until you stop seeing linear progression,
then 5x5, then madcows, then 5/3/1, then sheiko"

Also after 2 months I will take creatine, bcaa, protein and I want to ask if there is any problem to do the program 4 days A/rest/B/rest/A/rest/B or do A/rest/B/rest/A/arms because I want to focus on my arms (my chest also), I have really fast recovery, on the training I do all good, I even do more sets and reps when I can - dropsets on isolation exercises, on compounds I do 2-3 warm up sets then do 3x5 with max weight. So I think If I add 1 day more I will have good recovery and time to grow. What do you think?

    This week's workouts:

    Bench - 70x5
    Squat - 95x5
    Deadlift - 120x2
    OHP - 50x5 (Then drop to 40)

My OHP really sucks, some tips ?

Also I increase my squat a lot faster than the bench. Next week I'm sure I'll can squat 100x3 or something like this. But I do bench 70 since approximately 2-3 weeks.

    2nd question :

When I take protein, glutamine, creatine, bcaa should I do more volume, like instead of 3 sets on the compounds and 3 sets on the isolations, do 5 sets on the compounds and 5-6 sets on the isolations and kill the body. Right now I have really epic recovery and I even do really killer workouts and even do some biceps or triceps or add some chest more to do so I work more and next day I feel good. Not sore. So what you think about ? I think it would be good idea because I'll destroy more muscle tissue - as I have more recovery the muscle will grow faster than now.

    Thanks in advance!

Simple answer is NO. To be honest here, at your age, you don't even need to be taking all of that stuff. Just eat normal food more often and you will grow.

On another subject line. Just cause you stop progressing on a certain weight does not always mean for you to move to another program. You want to try and reset your weight 15% of what you are doing at that time and then build again. If you have not been able to pass that last weight progression after the 3rd reset, try another lift for that muscle. Then go back to it again. But at your age, you really need to find 1 program and stick to it for about a yr. Make sure it's something you will enjoy doing tho.

My triceps really grows tremendously because of the bench press and OHP, also the triceps pushdowns and I also do 1 exercise for the long head of the triceps. Really growing fast. I'll now focus kinda more on my chest a bit more.

    Weight in:

    Before:
    60 KG
    10% Bodyfat

    Current:
    73 KG
    13-13,7% Bodyfat
    ----------------------------
    Am I going right?
I think only 3% bodyfat for 13kg is good.

Feeling some hip pain from the squats, one guy told me it's because of the flat shoes, so next time I'll try putting some 2-3kg plates under my heels. Any other ideas ?
