    Multivitamin Continuous Use or Cycle?

I've taken Orange Triad off and on for quite sometime now, I usually stop taking it when I run out and forgot to order more or when I've lost my motivation to stay in shape.

Anyway Controlled Labs doesn't recommend Orange Triad's use beyond 8 weeks without doctor approval, so my question to everyone is: Do you cycle your multivitamin or do you take them indefinitely?

It's just for precaution but you should be fine continuing taking it like tons of others taking Orange Triad on this forum. For what it's worth I don't cycle multi-vitamins, especially OT because I take it for all the extra support ingredients (joints, immune, digestive and etc) so for me it's good to keep on taking it without a break.

Good to hear, I figured it was simply a precaution/liability thing.

    Thank you.

I agree. HOWEVER, I do like to take time off from creatine from time to time. Don't know why, but I feel a 2 week break after 3 to 4 months of usage does my body good once I bring creatine back into the rotation

I'd add joint support to the list for not cycling, as well as beta alanine if you use it

A multi is a general health supplement. Should never be a need to cycle it. Has a lot of micros your body needs if you aren't getting them from whole foods.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
