Anyone know any tricks. Out of all the foods i prepare its the hardest to work with. I scoop out a tablespoon and im lucky if i get half out of the spoon. Im about to just eat it out of the spoon to save the hassle. But its so good in shakes.

Put the blender cup or bread on scale, zero scale, add PB with knife.
Another method: Put tub PB on scale, zero it, eat PB until you are done. Look at how much you ate.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Since you mention shakes there is one trick that is helpful.
1. Get a roll of wax paper and a plate.
2. Cut wax paper to cover plate.
3. Measure 1 tablespoon blobs onto wax paper.
4. Place plate in freezer.
5. Once blobs are hard they can be transfered to a tupperware and kept in the freezer. You may want to separate layers with wax paper.
6. Drop the desired number of frozen pb blobs into your blender for your shake. Or eat by themselves.
7. Enjoy!
Note: I've had different results with different brands of pb, and wax paper. I've had a few issues of sticking even when frozen, but it seems to be either how smooth the pb was blended or I bought crappy wax paper.
