    As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....

    Today's workout, 80% of max for as many sets of 5 as I can get. Aiming for 6-10 sets.
    Then 5-6 heavy incline followed by a crossfit wod. 8 strict pull-ups, 8 30" box jumps 12 70lb kettle bell swings. As. Any rounds as possible in 20 min.

    My only issue with slingshots and shirts is I think it's best to let the joints and muscles build to get to that weight. If I go putting 550 up when I can only do 500, I just think that's a recipe for an injury. That's my opinion as many use them and they never get hurt. I just chose to be patient and build it the old fashion way.
    As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....

    I agree, but a lot of the strongest people in the world are training with the SS. I won't even speak to the shirts as I feel like equipped lifters need there own fed.
