* The opinions of this salty dog are out of bitterness and spite, no matter the advice given the bottom line is that you should turn the other direction and walk away from law enforcement. Also change your criminal justice major or I will punch your face.

Today's workout, 80% of max for as many sets of 5 as I can get. Aiming for 6-10 sets.
Then 5-6 heavy incline followed by a crossfit wod. 8 strict pull-ups, 8 30" box jumps 12 70lb kettle bell swings. As. Any rounds as possible in 20 min.As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

My only issue with slingshots and shirts is I think it's best to let the joints and muscles build to get to that weight. If I go putting 550 up when I can only do 500, I just think that's a recipe for an injury. That's my opinion as many use them and they never get hurt. I just chose to be patient and build it the old fashion way.

I got 117 with some Dymatize PRE W.O.
I'll for sure bring some and let you try mine!
On a side note, yes, I got 117, but forgot to bring a pen and paper and didn't bother hunting too much because I'm still in second place with no prizes Meh, I get enough on here though - happy to participate just for fun!Team Ogre Mascot
