Come on guys. Motivate not unenthused. Currently I'm 238. However, I do plan to cut down over the next couple months for
Summer pool body. . How low can I go? So get those lifts in and don't worry about placing till June. Btw, I have yet to win an overall or my own division.

Also, I track my workouts on BodySpace. I have a very unconditional method. It starts with walking in the gym not knowing what I'm going to do until I feel the first set.

It'd be really cute. They have little harnesses that give them dragon wings and tails. Then I'd hook em to their leashes and tie the leashes to each side of the barbell and they'd be flying around underneath the bar.

I'll see if I can record mine in the next 2 months or so if my current training cycle goes well.

Also, I want to thank Swuuu and taydbear7 for the goodies from last competition. I think the prize came about 3 months late but I ended up getting some extra stuff which was incredibly generous of them.

I'll be in April 29, next comp, looking for 350 @ 181 which should get me out of fallen but not forgotten this time lol.

Im nearing 270 again so hopefully im closing on on 405 finally

Yeah, the guy that made it is kind of cool. I would offer him a job here but they do not pay me anything so I got no money to hire anyone else

405 would be a good start for one of the big boy classes. Might even keep you on the leaderboard for the whole thing. For some reason the two heaviest weight classes do not get as many people in them.
