im playin bro its all u I got stuff still left from last year. im not a greedy d bag . u got that 500 man smash that sh*t that weight is your b*tch an she will listen lol. I know what ur goin through I had a certain weight I was struggling for the past few months to hit a clean paused an it was in my head a little bit .went in feeling a little crappy thinking I had no shot so the pressure was off an I smashed it . im sure u know all the tricks but I try to make sure ive had at least 3 meals an am like overhydrated when I really push a pr . carb up like crazy the night before too

I mean, my sleeves are just to keep my old ass elbows warm, they don't help me lift, but he was pretty specific. And again, even if I had gotten the 120, I'm still not gonna make it to first - I have Tpoc in my current weight class and PR in the next weight class down, so ..... LOL

You know the funny thing is I am not sure why I banned sleeves lol. I think I tried to keep my rules in line with WPF rules. Sorry

Looks like gabytheft managed to take the top spot for women.... and her Wilks score would have buried all but 5 of the guys lol. Solid benching GT.

This one will most likely not be my last. When I end these things, I want it to be on a lift I like..... And since the only one of the Big 3 I like is Deadlift..... jus sayin.
That or I will finally do a full power meet somehow. Or push/pull competition. Definitely something with multiple lifts.

well when you are in town you can spot me. if I fail I tilt and dump. also the bench does have safety catches about half way up and those get used more than the tilt and dump
