I know this is an odd question but I've searched on here hoping somebody was wondering the same thing as me. But no. Well, my vitamins are out so I was gonna take my brother's vitamin...but wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not lol. I mean, I remember being little and my brother and I took the same vitamin (there was no gender specifics) but why is there gender specifics now for adults? I guess I have a 2 part question.

Can a female take a men's vitamin?

I see no issues with that. I believe most women's multivitamins include iron, and men's multivitamins do not, so you might have to account for that if you do not eat much red meat.

You're fine.
The main differences are that the male and female variants sometimes have additional quantities of vitamins/minerals (e.g., some Men's formulas contain added lycopene for overall prostate health and Women's variants will generally have additional iron).#Mensan
