in 7 days I will be a month since taking Cell Tech MT Creatine. 5g a day of Mono and some HCL. Prior to that I never saturated so took Mono only on training days.
After 30 days should I just maintain 5g on training days and not on off days? And for how long?
Thanks!

Starting my own experiment of creatine supplementation only on workout days after saturating for 40 days.

True answer is I don't know as it's not been studied. If the dose and schedule you follow keeps tissue levels the same as every day schedule, then it will make no difference. If that schedule does not result in high tissue levels the every day schedule does, then you'd get less benefits. I'm not aware of any studies examining at exactly what dose and schedule tissue levels drop off, but it's a study I'd like to see done. Maybe after a period tissue levels are saturated, one can go to 3-5 days per week at X dose and maintain tissue levels, but we don't have that data. So, as creatine has a bunch of potential health benefits, it's dirt cheap, and all studies to date have used it daily, be they with or without a loading phase, every day is what makes most sense until shown otherwise.

Covered on the OP with link to more info on that topic. CM is still the way to go. Other than some inhouse thing, HCL has nadda for data and contrary to all the BS the buffered creatine companies put out, shown to be inferior in every way to CM.

Sorry in advance if this is not the appropriate thread to ask this.
I just recently received a 400g supply of ALLMAX nutrition creatine and realized that it no longer states that it is made from Creapure. I can only assume this means they no longer use creapure.
I was highly disappointed by this since in the past I use to use this product exclusively.
I would prefer a creapure product, can anyone make a suggestion of a creatine monohydrate that uses 100% creapure please. Thank you in advance.
