Honestly just getting out in the sun and being outdoors for walks and bike rides more. Winter in Wisconsin means we don't get to enjoy the sun for half the year. Plus I've cut down quite a bit to my lowest ever bodyfat, so just small fun stuff like going to the beach or swimming will be just an overall funner experience(as it is when you lose ~20-30lbs).
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

The one thing that I am definitely looking forward to this spring is taking my wife and kids on a long-overdue trip to Disney World while the kids are out of school for spring break. My daughter has been once when she was 3 years old (she will be 17 at the time of the trip), and my son (who is 12) has never been.

As a rep I cannot post a formal review but I would like to post some thoughts after trying Greens and Reds XT a couple days now......
#1 is the profile. In a Greens supplement, you always look at the formula to make sure it's well rounded and properly dosed. Compared to other top Greens supplements on the market, it has a good profile! Effective dosages of both your daily fruits and veggies.
#2 hard to find a greens supplement that doesn't taste list just grass. Controlled Labs OT Greens and mixing with Reds was my previous favorite flavored greens. Strawberry Kiwi Reds and Greens XT is absolutely delicious and I look forward to drinking it in the morning. Misctake7 approved flavoring!
#3 you can usually feel a good and natural energy is a greens supplement is effectively dosed. No feeling or drop in natural energy since moving on from my old greens supplement.
If you're in the market for an effective, well dosed, and good tasting greens supplement, seriously check this one out! They nailed AI Whey Cinnamon Roll flavoring and they nailed Reds and Greens XT as well!Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
