hey guys, haven't been on in a while. Last time i was active and reading a lot of posts was a few years ago i wanna know if the supps i remember getting good reviews and were popular lasted , and are still in the staple category for many of you. i was always interested in ARA but never tried, either x factor or xfa, or x gels. i heard good things, but looked and haven't seen many posts that are recent. did the formula change, or did ppl move on to something better?ive dealt with formula changes, usually for the worse. I also remember reading about ecdysterones too, don't remember much about it though. the last supp like that i took was ABE, but it was reformulated and the reviews weren't nearly as good as the previous one, and i also took a reformulated LX, and that company doesn't even seem to exist. like i said its been a while. don't get me wrong, i have been sticking with my staples and have had nothing but success, and have changed a few supps here n there like going from creatine mono to cee to hcl. and added post carbs to the mix as well nothing extreme. what I'm trying to find out is what is the story with the supps i mentioned, and what has taken their place? i want to continue to lean bulk, and want to add something new to the mix.
current supps are hemavol and creatine hcl pre, compete intra, protein blend and carbs post (dextrose), fish oil, cla, and multi.
please inform me of what we be a good addition along the lines of lean bulking, or even cutting. looking to expand and try something new! guys i really appreciate you reading this long ass post, and would love any and all input! thanks so much! can't wait to hear back! THANK YOU!!!!!

For starters, you can ditch the CLA. It won't do anything for fat loss. I would replace the creatine hcl with creatine monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate is cheaper and no other form of creatine has been proven to be more effective. Also, the timing of your creatine, protein, and carbs (unless you workout more than once per day) isn't that important. Instead focus on your total daily nutrition.
Hemavol, Compete, fish oil, and a multi are all great to use.
X-Factor/ARA is still around and people still use it with success.Army Vet (11A)

would xfa be a better option than xf or x gels? for lean bulk or recomp, or is there something better right now that I'm not aware of. vascularity would be nice bonus! i have read its pretty tough on the joints and the doms are serious, but seem worth it. hoping to find a good stack or different option i can research. and then something to help with the doms! is ARA still getting love out here, or am i living in the past lol! thank you guys! any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

ARA is absolutely worth trying, it's usually recommended to use 1g pre workout but if I were you I would purchase enough so you could optionally bump that up to 1.5g which more people tend to find as their sweet spot.
X-gels and X-factor are both good options, I have used and enjoyed both a few times now.
Whoever told you that the reformulated ABE+ was a downgrade is crazy. The new formulation is a better natural anabolic, which was kind of the point of Anabeta from the very beginning
Now it has a strengthened version of what began it all, Anacyclus Pyrethrum. It also has the studied dose of Forskolin-95 for improving body composition AND our CistaMAX extract from Cistanche Deserticola which works all kinds of hormonal wonders (naturally) and meshes perfectly into ABE+
Any questions feel free to reach out sir, I've also run the combination of the above 2 products with great success many a timePEScience representative and associate.
Feel free to PM or email me with any and all associated questions.

That's exactly what I'm looking to discover, I currently use my staples pre post intra etc, but wanted to add something new to help a lil,and xf and xfa seemed like the only things that seemed to do what I'm hoping for. But since I haven't been as active on here, I also wanted to know about what you guys like as far as newer supps. What is pa? Lol

Planning to make an order tonite for a few other things, do you guys think pa is the way to go to continue lean bulk, or xf or xfa? ( whichever is easier on the joints)Or is there a suggestion I haven't heard yet, like I said haven't been up to date on the newer and well liked supps that really work. Thanks everybody who helped me out here, much appreciated! And thanks to anyone who can let me know even more about this question!
