Hi folks, well I gained a couple pounds since a couple weeks ago, this morning I was 315, so imma update as much as I can with what I ate. So this morning I had a bowl of cereal and 4 slices of toast, for a snack an oh Henry chocolate bar. And for supper a big salad. I didn’t finish the salad. Oh ya I drank a bottle of iced tea. Well good night and see y’all tomorrow!

Subscribed! I'm a little late to the party but your progress has been great. I haven't read every page but the first couple and last couple pages, and looked at your bodyspace. Keep it up - these changes are worth the effort.

Hello folks well I thought id update this thing. im around 323 pounds. i was over eating at night and it made my weight go up. My voices force me to eat. its so hard to say no to them when they want me to eat. and im eating crap. it sucks. but im going to eat in a deficit tomorrow, today i prob ate over 2500 cals already. im glad im not up to 370 like i used to be. thx for reading

Hiii, hope everyone is doing well. I on the other hand am gaining weight. I just weighed myself this evening and am 329. Some of that is water tho thankfully. I will keep track of my blood sugar on this journal as well as my weight. I took my sugar this evening and it was 13.5 my goal for the rest of the day is to sleep without eating. Any who good night

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I on the other hand am not doing as good as I wish I was. This morning I was 331. 20 pounds over my lowest weight. I really am trying to lose but I over eat. I eat too much junk food that doesn’t keep me full for long. And I don’t exercise. I realize now that maintaining weight loss isn’t easy. Tomorrow I will try to eat better and lift weights regularly. I hope everyone reading this has a good day.

Hiii, I didn’t weigh myself this morning, I’m on a medication that’s giving me diarrhea. But I still plan to diet. Today I ate 2 bran muffins, two bologna and cheese sandwiches for lunch. And an egg salad sandwich with a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I hope it’s under 2650 calories. Anywho good night

Hii, this morning I was 338, but I had a late night meal. Today for breakfast I had 5 cookies and a glass of milk. For lunch tortilla chips and melted cheese. For supper I had 3 plates of a hamburger mash I make with vegetable soup and beans and Mac and cheese. For a midday snack I had 1 chocolate bar. My eating isn’t very discipline I eat too much and not very healthy. Hopefully I’ll update every day to keep me accountable. I dunno if I can sleep tonight without eating. I’ll try my best. Good night

Hii well things are going ok, I’m 336 but I just finished eating 3 chocolate bars a small bag of chips and a small frozen pizza. I’m not happy about it. I’m able to sleep without eating. So tomorrow imma eat 2600 calories to see how much I lose. I’ll be eating healthy too. More fruit and less junk. Tnx for reading.

Hey Vadsie, long time, great to see that you have been consistent with your logging, and congrats on the weight lost so far. I came back with a 30pound regain after 2yrs of maintenance, but finally back on the journey. I was being so hard on myself but decided to accept it and move on to get it back off and journey on. Wishing you all the best as you journey on too.

Hi Cherry! ya ive gained half of what i lost , my illness is so damn controlling. but i keep at it. i should really count calories but when its time to do so i say eff it and eat anything without logging it. and what does it matter if i have to eat at night. arg so frustrating. im happy to see you back logging as you're very motivating keep at it you'll do fine. just remember you control your own destiny. as i have a more difficult time with my illness and all. also congrats on quitting drinking alcohol. that'll be a major help in the weightloss and motivation department. take care and good to see you
