Unhappy People are telling me to cut ? But wouldnt i just be even more skinny

    Age 21: Height 5'10.5 :Weight 177.2 lbs.

Scale said 17.8% bf. however im not sure so i'd like your thoughts based on the pics.
    Bench: 235x1
    Squat: 275X1(Front)
    Deadlift: 405x1

My initial plan was to continue bulking to around 185-188 lbs and then do a mini cut down to around 180, however people have telling me to cut right now as im to fat, btw other then a bit of lower belly fat i dont entirely feel fat. What are your thoughts and honest suggestions based on pics? will rep. thanks guys

You can do whatever you want , its your decision.

If you want to lose fat start with cutting out the things you shouldnt be eating & clean up your diet & moniter your progress for a month. If your happy & see progress then go into a caloric deficit. Burn more than you take in. Your probably closer to 20 - 23% BF.

If you wanted to bulk then just keep lifting & eating at a 250-500 cal surplus daily

You're approx 22% body fat, the bulk has been successful in adding some muscle and strength but there's no point adding more fat, you'll just have to get rid of it later.

Its your body . what do you think you should do?

If i was in your situation I would cut down and keep as much strength as possible and try to add some strength, while cutting. yes it can be done

I'd recommend you cut, now that is only my thoughts on the matter, as I think you would be quite shocked with cutting 20-25lbs "In a good way"

Over 20% BF with a reasonable training history most srs trainees cut. It's either that or start drifting toward obesity.
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
