I just noticed the 48-hour BOGO special in the banner at the top:
    QuadraLean, L-Carnitine, CLA.

    Looks pretty awesome!
I have all these three and using them with my Spring Cut.

    That QuadraLean though... awesome stuff.

Been playing around with my split lately due to time restraints. I'm finding my 3 day on 1 off (hitting each body part every 4 days) seems too much to cram into my 4am workouts. Then work a 10hr day, then come home to clean and play with my son, maybe spend an hour to an hour and a half with the wife (if I'm not prepping food), then off to bed around 9 to be up at 3:30 and do it all again lol
Wouldn't change a thing tho I'll sacrifice my much wanted sleep so I can have my gym time and still leave time for my family in the evenings.
Word. I get about 5 hours of sleep, sometimes less; but I gotta get some gym time. I just changed mine up to do primary work in about 30 mins, then calves or abs and cardio as I can to round out about 50 - 60 mins. #KnowThemFeelz

Just made up my own for hypertrophy focus, taking some info I've been seeing on dem yewtoobs. Minimum 10 sets per bodypart per week (more sets if multiple heads, etc) and focus on getting some neglected parts more frequent attention.

    Mon: Chest + calves & mild cardio (12sets + 4 calves)
    Tue: Back + abs & cardio (16 sets + 2circuits x 3 abs)
    Wed: Legs + calves & mild cardio (15 sets + 4 calves)
    Thur: Delts + abs & cardio (15 sets + 2circuits x 3 abs)
Fri: Arms + calves & mild cardio (12sets ea. all supersets + 4 calves)
Sat & Sun: enjoy, sleep in, don't overeat, and get ready to hit it again.

This is my first week, and the change has me sore as a mofo.

I usually run a push/pull type routine, but lately due to schedule I run a full body routine.

Also, I haven't received anything yet. Once it arrives I plan to start a log of all the RSP products I have.

I'm doing 3 days on 1 day off. Arms/Shoulders, Back/Chest, and Legs. I feel like I get the best recovery this way while still hitting the muscles multiple times a week.

Sweet man, thanks!! Sending you a PM now.

Verlander just went head to head with Sale. I can't believe that the last 5 times they have faced each other the Tigers have won. Granted, 4 of those were when he was with the White Sox, but still. They seem to be able to do decent against him.

What's everyone running for programming at the gym right now?

I'm currently giving RSP Triple Threat a run! It's a program RSP made specifically for the bb.com audience! It's kicking my ass lol
Bro split currently. Chest and Tri day, Back and Bi day, Shoulder & ab day, Leg day, repeat. I usually go 8-10 days in a row before taking a day off. So I hit most body parts twice a week. If I don't this week, I do the next depending how the days fall.

I really wanted to run Wendlers 5/3/1 but I didn't think of it wil I was at the end of my bulk. And that is not really a routine to follow while cutting. I started my cut this monday actually. Killing it so far! I may switch back to PHAT. I absolutely loved it when I ran it last time.

Congrats, bro!! What an awesome company to be able to rep. I've used Dyno, amino lean, and the whey and love them all. Just found out I have the Thermo QL on the way which is PERFECT since I just started my cut on Monday.

    Thanks!
    Very excited for the opportunity!

I have now tried almost all the products in the line. Great stuff!

    Can't pick a favorite yet.

I am a school teacher, and my schedule is such that I can't really sit down to eat until after work. I like bigger meals so just a short break won't do. So I drink plenty of Aminos before my early-evening workout. Love the AminoFocus, AminoLean, and the ReGen. I go through lots of Amino/BCAA every month.

    The protein is also awesome.
    Great macros.

The DyNO and Fast Fuel... oh my!

I'm seriously loving my Amino Lean. The taste is so good I could drink it all day but it really helps during my workouts. I hit 340 on bench for the first time ever last night!

What flavor did you try so far?
    I've only tried the Watermelon.

Can't wait to try the Lemon Lime.
    I like anything Citrus-flavored.
Sometimes I even dump a few drops of lemon juice in whatever supp I am using (PWO, Intra, Post) just to make it lemony

I got the Lemon Lime flavor which is my favorite flavor of anything ever. It tastes similar to a gatorade but so much better. It's not as sugary sweet as a gatorade and the energy blend in it gives me that last little push I need to finish out my lifts. I have even added it to my gallon of water on some days when I feel extra sore to help with recovery (not sure if placebo or broscience or whatever but it definitely helps me enjoy my water)

    Soon.
    Very soon

Yes, that little added caffeine does make a bit of a difference for a quick pick-me-up.
There's also ingredients in there to help with weight control, no to mention the flavor... I can't drink a lot of flat water, so the flavor helps with water intake as well.

As far as the placebo/broscience discussion on needing BCAA/Amino, I think there is sufficient scientific evidence that if one takes in sufficient Protein, they are covered for BCAA/Amino. I take about 1.3g/bodylbs daily, so I think I am covered. That's why my Amino drink is usually something like the Amino Lean: either with some added energy, some other benefit (like weight control), or simply to get enough water in me via a flavored drink.

I am in week #5 of a Spring Cut, so this Amino Lean is perfect for sipping on throughout the day.

I'm not exactly cutting but I guess you could say I am. Breakfast is usually a protein shake with fiber and whatever fruit I have, lunch is 4-6 ounces of chicken and 2 cups vegetables, preworkout meal is 4 ounces chicken or beef with a cup of rice or potatoes and for supper I do chicken and vegetables again. But my training is more focused on strength. I've been dropping a few pounds here and there which is nice but as long as the number on the bar goes up I'm happy.

^ ^ ^ I come from an obese background. Started at 320+lbs and lost 150lbs.
For me, three years later, keeping the weight under control is still a never-ending issue in the back of my mind.

I am also trying to always improve my workouts, increase the weights I lift, increase my muscle mass... however, keeping my bodyweight in check is still, and probably will remain for a while, my top priority.
