Well I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine sucked lol. On top of it raining all weekend I developed a really bad shoulder strain. Ill be spending plenty of time today coming up with work arounds till I can press again

I had a great weekend myself, with lots of great food, ok... too much great food, and lots of quality time spent with family. Ready for a new week of work, workouts, and I have to bring the calories down a bit, so I don't turn this spring cut into a bulk

I'm finally starting to feel better. Woke up in the middle of the night last night and throat was killing me. Definitely didnt think I'd make the gym this morning. Went back to sleep for 4 more hours and woke up feeling a ton better only took 10 days of pain lmao
