cut progress & what is happening?? pics

I am one month into a small caloric deficit/cut. Started at 159 & am down to 153. 2 -3 days HIIT per week, 3 days volume & hypertrophy weight lifting per week.

When I started the fat was more solid & contained, I have lost some fat but my triceps waist, love handles, chest & abs feel like a bit ofloose skin with some fat left in them, is this looseness normal? If I keep cutting will the skin tighten up on its own?? My tricep area never seemed to jiggle as much before. Everything just seems a bit more grabby & loose than before but yet muscle still firm. muscle still feels pretty good when resting & flexed.

Do I need to slow my cut down??, will the skin tighten up on its own???? I store fat in my stomach area the most which is why I am looking to lean down, tired of that bloated gut feeling. I like how the cut is going just am concerned with skin.

what are the stages of fat loss in terms of aesthetics, look & feel?

    Thank you.

At that height and 153lbs, you don't need to be cutting further. You are a low weight already and should now focus on building mass.

Doesn't really look like you have muscle to cut down to so it makes sense it's getting more jiggly as there's nothing to keep it tight.

Welcome to the final stages of fat loss.. What I call "The gdfml phase" The phase where you feel weak as sht and feel like you look worse than when your fat was thicker. Well have no fear, this is not only the hardest phase of fat loss, but also the worse. You see the less fat you have in an area, the more squishy it becomes, it is a double-edged sword... "yay it is almost gone... but fml it looks terrible and everybody who doesn't lift, or who has never been to this stage in fat loss, think it is loose skin"

You'll start to question your cut, you'll start to wonder if they are right, well once again, have no fear! They are wrong, loose skin, is completely different than this stage of fat loss. It is not loose skin, you'd know loose skin.

If your skin looks like a dried-up old lady, left in the sun on accident, you might have loose skin, if it is just jiggly, and annoying, it is just fat. Anything thicker than the skin on the back of your hand, is FAT Youtube, loose skin, vs fat, there is one guy who explains it way better than I can, but I hope I made it colorful enough for you.

I agree with D, I don't recommend you continue cutting for now, but best assured, it isn't loose skin.

You don't have near enough muscle to be cutting/thread.

Your right. I dont. But compared to where I started a year ago I had no muscle & almolst all fat. lifted for a year & everything was fine making some progress. Then over the last few months I kind of got bloated & my body fat was over 20%. I was eating too much junk.

So should I continue a small deficit with some refeed days to finish getting rid of fat & then go into a surplus??

Heres some pics tracking my progress, thoughts??

You need to stick with the healthy diet, a good training program, and just focus on building muscle for now! I personally have never dealt with this loose skin issue, but everything should and will come together in due time.
