I started Lee Labrada 12 week trainer and I'm on week 5 I started at around 183.0 21% BF and from multiple tests I'm about 176.4 16-16.1% I just wanted to know if those measurements seem accurate from my pictures below My goal by the end of the program is to be 165-170lbs 10-12% BF because I have to go on a bulk right after that where I have to build mass to about 215lbs for football tryouts? So again what is my BF to you?
