SLDL just getting back into doing these after a long break from deads 135x12 185x12 225x12x2 275x2 315x1 felt good.

DB rows x12x4
DB curls x12x4
Hammer curls 12x4
straight bar curls 12x6

Nice work on the SLD. They can take time time to relearn that movement pattern. Keep driving those hips back. If need be slide a 5lb plate under your toes. It'll help to shift your pelvic orientationTeam GAT Representative

Do you use any sort of tempo stuff with the calf raises?
One leg curl variation I enjoy mixing in is elevating my hips up off of the bench throughout the entire movement. It's about the closes you can get to a hip hinge movement on a machine exercise, and if you drive back hard into the glutes and hold for a strong squeeze at the top you get a ridiculous contraction.
I also like trying to avoid allowing the hips "roll out" . Keeping an inward tension throughout the movement really helps to increase ham activationTeam GAT Representative
