12 Exercises 40 seconds on 15 off repeated 3 times. It's a class I teach.
Thoughts - Great Class. I felt like I had good wind from start to finish. Sometimes it's not advisable to take pres before a class like this... this is a great pre for cardio@!NASM-CPT

Thoughts - I am lowering my volume a little bit as weeks progress as I get heavier. I like that 3 grams of l-tyrosine in Quake. It has a myriad of positive effects. I think most notable is focus from it. It does other stuff to like reduce cortisol and fatigue. 3 grams is definitely the biggest dose i've taken or seen.NASM-CPT

Final Review
Taste -9 - I am another one who doesn't like watermelon. Most companies do not do it right and it tastes bad. There is a slight aftertaste of artificial sweetner, but it is my favorite watermelon I've tried to date. It is only marginally different than the xtend watermelon flavor, and that's where bubblegum comes in. The bubblegum helps round out the flavor for me. Similar to the old bubalicious bubble gum. Well deserved 9. I did buy another tub in exact flavor.
Pump 10- This is going to bring the pumps nitrates and a big dose of citrulline certainly will do that. I also was extremely vascular. The pumps were deep which I usually get from a nitrate. The only thing is I would cycle this pre do to it having nitrates in it.
Focus 8- It has L-theanine and HUGE dose of l-tyrosine at 3 grams which at that dose certainly goes a long way to help with fatigue. The l-theanine also works in synergy with the caffeine.
Value 8 - 20 servings is currently 40 dollars and 10 is 23.99. Still very expensive even with the awesome doses and brand name ingredients
Overall - 10 - This is a superior pre workout. It's not for someone who wants a stim rush. At 350 it feels like 200 but it's clean and long lasting. This pre will help your endurance and let you get that extra rep. It certainly will lead to gains. The peak02 is great for helping with endurance. I've tried the pre in a fasted and a fed state. The caffeine did not hit overly hard at either level. Taste, this is scivation, they're not going to put out a product that tastes bad. I do also believe this pre gets better with continued use. After 2 weeks I felt a marked increase ability to do more. I super setted more, and did more reps. This is a pre that'll help you push to achieve you goals. Well Done Scivation.NASM-CPT
